Yes, if you are signed up for multiple courses you can progress through both of them at a pace that suits you, even if that means switching between courses before you’ve fully completed one.
You have lifetime access. There is no time limit to complete the course or exam.
Typically we strive to mark all exams within 48 business hours. Sometimes we have a small backlog and this may be stretched to 72 hours.

Yes, you can have two attempts.
In 2025 we launched additional courses due to demand from our Home Staging students. These have now been consolidated all under one learning portal here at the Online Design Institute.
Billing & invoices
You can log in to the Customer Payments Hub to manage your billing, view your invoices, and update your personal details.
This is 100% self-service and can be accessed at any time. You’ll see this Hub is hosted by our payments partner, ThriveCart.
